Zucchini Pasta with Shrimp
Equipment
- Peeler
- Baking dish
Ingredients
- 2 large zucchinis
- 6-9 jumbo shrimp
- 1 bell pepper
- salt
- pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Using a peeler, cut the zucchini into thin strips. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips as well.
- Place the veggies into a baking dish, and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
- Bake for 8-9 minutes at 400°F.
- Serve hot!
