Cut the broccoli into small pieces and then place it into boiling water for 2 minutes. Dry it off and chop it into even smaller pieces.
Put the broccoli, along with the other ingredients, into a bowl: grated cheese, scallions, egg, garlic clove, pepper, salt and chili sauce if you prefer a little spice! Then knead the mixture until it turns into an evenly textured mass. Then it goes off into the fridge for about 2 hours.
Now make small, firm balls out of the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven at 400°F for 17-20 minutes. Delicious!
