Equipment

  • large, empty can
  • Immersion blender
  • Saucepan

Ingredients

  • 24 oz canned peaches divided
  • 14 oz white gummy bears
  • 14 oz yellow gummy bears
  • 0.5 cup lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup lime juice
  • 3 cups water divided
  • 0.67 cup yogurt
  • handful of fresh mint leaves chopped into small strips

Instructions

  • Strain the canned peaches through a sieve. Add ¾ of the peaches to the large, empty can and puree them with an immersion blender. Freeze the can with the puree for at least 2 hours.
  • Cut the rest of the peaches into cubes and set them aside for now.
  • Add the lime juice, half of the water, half of the white gummy bears, and half of the yellow gummy bears to a saucepan and heat everything slowly. Once the gummy bears have melted, add the yogurt and finely chopped mint.
  • Take the can with the pureed peaches out of the freezer and add the gummy bear yogurt mixture, then refrigerate the can for at least 1 hour.
  • Add the lemon juice and the rest of the water and gummy bears to a saucepan and heat until a smooth liquid forms.
  • Take the can out of the fridge and pour the clear jello over it, then add the rest of the cubed peaches. Refrigerate the can for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
  • Once you're ready to serve, turn the can over and let the jello slide onto a plate. It's easier if you prick a hole in the bottom of the can with a can opener.
