Bacon & Cheese Meatball Skewers

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground meat
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 g bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 60 g parmesan, grated
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 200 g gouda cheese
  • 4 large kebab skewers
  • 4 slices bacon

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ground meat with the eggs, bread crumbs, parsley, and parmesan, as well as a little salt and pepper.
  • Cut the cheese into four rectangular blocks of equal size and insert a kebab skewer up the middle of each one. Then, cover the cheese completely with the meat.
  • Wrap a strip of bacon around each meat-covered skewer.
  • Cook the skewers in a convection oven set to 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.
