Make a deep rectangular cut all the way around the top of the baguette and hollow out the inside of the bread loaf.
For the garlic herb oil, combine the olive oil, garlic, and parsley and spread the mixture over the inside of the hollowed-out baguette.
Boil the lasagna noodles in lightly salted water. Cut the cooked noodles in half lengthwise and place 3 strips on the bottom of the hollowed-out baguette.
For the meat sauce, heat some olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sweat the onions. Brown the ground beef and stir in the paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce.
Spread a layer of meat sauce over the lasagna noodles in the baguette, followed by a layer of béchamel sauce and a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese. Place the remaining lasagna noodles on top and add another layer of meat sauce, another layer of béchamel sauce, and another layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Transfer the lasagna baguette to a preheated oven and cook at 375°F for 25 minutes.
