Eating with your hands is not only strangely satisfying, but it also means less to wash. Unfortunately, noodles are not the easiest food to enjoy without the help of utensils; the sauce alone can end up everywhere! However, with this recipe you can present spaghetti like never before: as the perfect finger food!
Spaghetti Cakes
Ingredients
- 200 g spaghetti
- 4 tbsp cream
- 2 oz bacon
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 2 tsp parmesan
- salt and pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp parsley
- 4 tsp breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti in salt water, strain it, and return the noodles to the pot.
- Add the cream, bacon, 1/4 cup parmesan, pepper, egg, and parsley to the spaghetti. Mix the ingredients together on low heat until the cream and egg begin to bind.
- Use a fork and spoon to twist the spaghetti into six large portions and transfer each portion to a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the spaghetti cakes with breadcrumbs and parmesan and bake for 15 minutes at 390 °F.
