Ingredients

  • 9 oz ground beef
  • 0.5 onion, finely chopped
  • 2.75 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 3 tbsp parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper
  • 17.5 oz flour
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch dry yeast
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 10 fl oz water
  • 7 oz cooked spaghetti
  • 8.5 fl oz tomato sauce
  • 4 tbsp grated parmesan
  • 1.75 oz grated mozzarella

Instructions

  • First prepare the meatballs by mixing all the ingredients together and then shaping the mixture into about 12 small balls.
  • Fry the meatballs evenly on all sides and then add the tomato sauce and the spaghetti into the pan and mix it all together.
  • For the pizza dough, mix all the necessary ingredients together in a bowl, making sure to add the water last. Knead everything into a smooth dough, cover it and leave it to stand for an hour.
  • Roll out the dough and place it on a baking tray lined with baking parchment. Get the spaghetti and meatballs from the pan and place them on the dough. Sprinkle the parmesan and mozzarella on top. Then bake the pizza in a convection oven for 10 minutes at 420°F.
