Ribs or spareribs? No matter what you call them, the recipe is the same (spoiler alert: it’s also delicious). In the end, what looks like perfectly plated high-end cuisine is actually quite simple to make and requires just a little bit of patience. All you need to get this party started is a well seasoned marinade, a decent barrage of barbecue sauce, and a bottle of beer.
