Equipment

  • Oven
  • Casserole Dish
  • Hand mixer

Ingredients

  • 28 oz Oreo cookies separated
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • cream filling from the Oreo cookies
  • strawberries, blueberries & strawberry sauce
  • soft caramels, peanuts & caramel sauce
  • pomegranate seeds, pistachios & honey

Instructions

  • Separate the Oreo cream filling from the wafers and set the filling aside for later. Crush the Oreo wafers and combine them with the egg, water, and corn starch to form a smooth dough. Refrigerate the Oreo dough for 30 minutes. Roll the dough out into a long strip that's about ½-inch thick. Fold a piece of aluminum foil so that it has the same dimensions as the strip of Oreo dough and place the Oreo dough strip on top.
  • Place a wide oven rack on top of a large casserole dish. Place the Oreo dough strip with the aluminum foil strip on top of the oven rack and carefully push the dough and aluminum foil down between the grates. Transfer the casserole dish and oven rack to a preheated oven and cook at 325°F for 1 hour.
  • For the Oreo cream filling, add the heavy cream and the Oreo cream from earlier to a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil while stirring. Let the mixture cool and then whip it with a hand mixer into a smooth cream.
  • Pipe the Oreo cream filling into the Oreo dessert tacos and garnish with your favorite toppings.
