- 1 package cubed ham
- 2 diced tomatoes
- shredded cheese
- 5 eggs
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Distribute the diced onions, tomatoes, and ham into your muffin pan. Then add the shredded cheese of your choice.
- Add 5 eggs to a bowl with a dash of salt and pepper and beat well.
- Pour the eggs over the other ingredients in the muffin pan, making sure to leave some space at the top.
