Ingredients
- 5.5 oz crème fraîche
- 7 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 6 tbsp milk
- 6 tbsp oil
- 1 lb ground beef (or the ground meat of your choice)
- 1 onion
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 5.5 oz shredded gouda
- 0.5 bunch parsley chopped
- marjoram
- 1 egg
- salt & pepper
- shredded cheese as needed
- 2 chicken breasts
- 0.5 bell pepper
- 3 tbsp corn
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped
- 3.5 oz cream cheese
- 3.5 oz shredded cheese
- salt & pepper
- shredded cheese as needed
Instructions
- Prepare the pizza dough by mixing crème fraîche, flour, baking powder, milk, and oil together.
- Mix ground beef, onion, tomato paste, shredded gouda, parsley, marjoram, egg, salt, and pepper together. Spread the mixture over the pizza dough and roll it up. Top with shredded cheese as needed.
- Mix chicken breasts, bell pepper, corn, parsley, cream cheese, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper together. Spread the mixture over the pizza dough and roll it up. Top with shredded cheese as needed.
