Ice Cream in a Brownie – You Can Even Eat The Bowl!

There’s not much that beats some nice cold ice cream on a hot summer day. But if you’re a bit tired of the same old ice cream cone, why not try something a bit different, like transforming a brownie into an ice cream bowl? It might sound far-fetched, but as you’ll see, it’s actually pretty easy to do. And the best thing is, just like a cone, you can eat the container when the ice cream’s all gone!

Ice Cream Brownie Bowls

  • Cupcake Pan
  • Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Put the butter, sugar, eggs, flour, cocoa, vanilla extract, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a bowl and mix it into a batter.
  • Divide the batter into equal portions and pour into a greased cupcake pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25 minutes.
  • When you take the pan out of the oven, coat the bottom and the sides of a glass with vegetable oil and press into the brownies. Let them cool.
