Homemade Ferrero Treats: Rocher, Rafaello, and Nutella

Rocher, Nutella, Raffaello – everyone has their own personal favorite amongst these deliciously decadent delicacies, but there’s no denying that they’re all amazing. And best of all, now you can make them yourself in the comfort of your own kitchen thanks to these 3 simple recipes.
Ingredients
- 5 oz roasted hazelnuts (set 20 pieces aside)
- 1 oz cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2.5 oz honey
- 1 pinch salt
- 6 oz melted chocolate
- 5 oz chopped hazelnuts
- 7 oz roasted hazelnuts
- 10 fl oz cream
- 1.75 oz powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 7 oz melted milk chocolate
- 5.75 oz white chocolate
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2.75 oz shredded coconut
- 20 roasted almonds
Instructions
- Purée the hazelnuts for 2-3 minutes in a blender until finely chopped. Add the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, salt, and honey and purée for another 20 seconds. Roll the dough into balls and fill each ball with a hazelnut. Chill the balls for one hour before dipping them in melted chocolate and then rolling them in chopped hazelnuts. What a chocolatey delight!
- Roast the hazelnuts at 355°F for 20 minutes, wrap them in a kitchen towel, and knead until the peels comes loose. Put the peeled hazelnuts in a blender and chop until small. Add the cream, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and milk chocolate and purée everything. Pour the creamy delicacy in a glass and refrigerate. Yum!
- Melt the white chocolate with the coconut oil and carefully stir in the shredded coconut. Use a small ice cream scoop to create balls with almonds stuffed in the center. Roll the balls in the shredded coconut and your Raffaellos are ready to go!
