- 2-3 cups shredded cheese
- 2 tbsp enchilada sauce
- cooked steak strips
- corn
- kidney beans
- red chili pepper slices
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, sprinkle the cheese around the pan, and let it melt briefly. Spread the enchilada sauce down the center of the cheese circle and top with cooked steak strips, corn, kidney beans, and red chili pepper slices.
