Fried Bologna Sandwich Pops

Ingredients
- 1 loaf white bread for the fried bologna sandwich roll
- herb butter for the fried bologna sandwich roll
- 12 oz sliced bacon for the fried bologna sandwich roll
- 2 tbsp mustard for the fried bologna sandwich roll
- 5 lb bologna roll for the fried bologna sandwich roll
- 5 slices cheese for the fried bologna sandwich roll
- 1.25 sticks butter for the herb butter
- 1 tsp chopped parsley for the herb butter
- 1 tsp chopped chives for the herb butter
- salt & pepper to taste, for the herb butter
- 2 cups flour for the beer batter
- 0.5 cup cold beer for the beer batter
- 0.33 cup milk for the beer batter
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil for the beer batter
- 2 eggs for the beer batter
- salt & pepper to taste, for the beer batter
- 2 packages crushed ramen noodles for the coating
Instructions
- Prepare the herb butter by mixing butter, chopped parsley, chopped chives, and salt & pepper to taste.
- Spread herb butter on slices of white bread. Add mustard, bacon, bologna roll slices, and cheese. Roll the bread slices tightly.
- Mix flour, cold beer, milk, sunflower oil, eggs, and salt & pepper to taste to make the beer batter.
- Dip the sandwich rolls in the beer batter and then coat with crushed ramen noodles.
- Fry the coated sandwich rolls until golden brown.
