  • Freezer bag
  • Rolling Pin
  • Bowl

  • Oven

Ingredients

  • 200 g tortilla chips
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 60 g flour
  • 1 egg whisked
  • 4 slices white bread
  • 4 slices soft cheese
  • 120 g pickled peppers
  • 100 g cheese

Instructions

  • Put the tortilla chips into a freezer bag and turn them into crumbs by using a glass or something similar to crush them. Put the crushed chips in one bowl, the flour in a second bowl and the egg in a third.
  • Cut the chicken breast into four strips, season them with salt and pepper and then dip them first into the flour, then the egg, and lastly, the chips. Brown the strips in a pan until they are crispy.
  • Cut the crusts off the bread slices and roll them out thin with a rolling pin. Place a slice of soft cheese, one of the crispy chicken strips, as well as a piece of pepper on each one and then roll them up.
  • Stick a toothpick through each of the rolls so they stay in place, sprinkle them with cheese, and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 375°F.
