A lot of people REALLY love cheesecake. Most have their own recipe that they always turn to, but this idea adds something new to the mix: cheesecake plus cookie dough. You’ll have to decide if this tops your go-to!
Cookie Dough Cheesecake
A delightful combination of cheesecake and cookie dough that will wow your guests.

Ingredients
- 1 package ready-made cookie dough
- 24 oz cream cheese e.g. Philadelphia
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and press the cookie dough evenly onto the bottom and sides of a cake form.
- Mix the cream cheese and sugar together in a bowl. Once mixed, add in the sour cream and vanilla extract.
- Lastly, add the eggs one after the other, mixing between each egg.
- Pour the mixture into the cake form on top of the cookie dough.
- If you have a bit of cookie dough left, form small balls and place them on top of the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for one hour, let it cool to room temperature, and then place it in the refrigerator overnight.
