Not much beats ice cream, but if you’re tired of the same ol’ waffle cone or eating your sundae out of a boring ol’ bowl, why not try something a bit different, like transforming a brownie into an ice cream bowl? It might sound far-fetched, but as you’ll see, it’s actually pretty easy to do. And the best thing is, just like a cone, you can eat the container when the ice cream’s all gone!
Ice Cream Sundae Brownie Bowl

- Muffin pan
- Glass
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 0.5 cup cocoa powder
- 0.25 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 6 scoops ice cream
- caramel sauce
- chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Beat the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until creamy and then mix in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Grease a 6-cup muffin pan, evenly divide the brownie batter between the molds, and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the muffin pan from the oven, grease the bottom and lower sides of a glass with vegetable oil, press the glass into the brownies, and let them cool.
- Fill the brownie bowls with a scoop of ice cream and top with caramel sauce and chocolate sprinkles.
