Ingredients
- 500 g broccoli cut into florets
- 113 g parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic chopped
Instructions
- Cut the broccoli into florets and puree it with a hand blender. Add the remaining ingredients, one after the other, and mix everything together.
- Press the broccoli mixture into the mold walls of a muffin pan and bake at 355°F for 25 minutes.
