Like our parents always said, it’s important to eat your greens. Yet when we get the munchies, boiled or raw vegetables are hardly the ideal snack we crave. We often find that overcooked broccoli gets particularly bad press for lacking in texture and flavor. But it really doesn’t have to be this way — if you know how to prepare your veggies right, they’re just as flavorful as any tasty side-dish or snack. So why not try this neat trick to add some spice to your broccoli and give it that extra bite.
