Banana Split Cannoli

Ingredients
- 2 waffle cones
- 3 oz ice cubes
- 1 banana, roasted
- 6 oz vanilla pudding (2 vanilla pudding cups)
- 1 banana, sliced
- grated chocolate, tempered chocolate & nut topping to decorate
Instructions
- Place 1 of the bananas in a preheated oven and cook at 325°F for 15 minutes. Steam the waffle cones over a water bath until they are pliable.
- Add the ice cubes, vanilla pudding, and roasted banana flesh to a blender and puree until a smooth cream forms.
- Unfold the steamed waffle cones and spread the banana ice cream over the center section of the flattened waffles, making sure to leave the edges free. Place a row of banana slices down the center of each waffle, garnish with grated chocolate, and fold the edges up towards the center.
- Roll the banana split cannoli in tempered chocolate, followed by nut topping, and let the chocolate harden before serving.
