It wasn’t too long ago that TikTok gave us the viral tortilla wrap hack that’s made many a lockdown lunch a little bit more enjoyable. Viral trend aside, recipes like that prove that people love quick and simple recipes no matter where they live. We’ve been feeling very inspired by a more recent TikTok sensation, namely the famed baked feta pasta, so today, we’re going to show you 4 pasta recipes using 4 different types of cheese. The OG recipe only uses tomatoes, feta, and pasta, but we wanted to expand on this general idea and use a variety of different veggies and cheeses to keep the cheesy pasta ball moving!

Difficulty Level: Easy

1. Feta Pasta

You’ll Need:

  • 8 oz block of feta cheese
  • 14 oz cherry tomatoes
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • chopped basil
  • 8 oz fusilli pasta, cooked

Here’s How:

1.1 Place the block of feta cheese in the center of a casserole dish and arrange the cherry tomatoes around the cheese. Drizzle olive oil over everything and season with salt and pepper. Transfer the dish to a preheated oven set to 400°F and cook for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, cook the pasta. 

1.2 Remove the casserole dish from the oven and add the garlic and basil. Mix everything together until well combined and then stir in the cooked pasta. For a creamier pasta sauce, add some pasta water.

2. Mozzarella Pasta

You’ll Need:

  • 8 oz mozzarella ball
  • red, yellow & green bell pepper strips
  • 8 oz chicken breast, cooked & shredded
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • ⅓ cup sliced black olives
  • 3 parsley springs, chopped
  • 8 oz penne pasta, cooked

Here’s How:

2.1 Place the mozzarella ball in the center of a casserole dish and arrange the bell pepper strips and shredded chicken around it.

2.2 Drizzle olive oil over everything and season with salt and pepper. Transfer the dish to a preheated oven set to 400°F and cook for about 25 minutes. In the meantime, cook the pasta.

2.3 Remove the casserole dish from the oven and add the olives and parsley. Mix everything together until well combined and then stir in the cooked pasta. 

3. Gorgonzola Pasta

You’ll Need:

  • 8 oz block of gorgonzola or blue cheese
  • 14 oz mushrooms
  • 1 red onion, cut into strips
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 3 handfuls of baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp roasted pine nuts
  • 8 oz farfalle pasta, cooked

Here’s How:

3.1 Place the block of gorgonzola in the center of a casserole dish and arrange the mushrooms and red onion strips around it. Drizzle olive oil over everything and season with salt and pepper. Transfer the dish to a preheated oven set to 400°F and cook for about 25 minutes. In the meantime, cook the pasta.

3.2 Remove the casserole dish from the oven and add the spinach and roasted pine nuts. Mix everything together until well combined and then stir in the cooked pasta. 

4. Camembert Pasta

You’ll Need:

  • 1 camembert cheese wheel
  • 8 oz seedless green grapes
  • ⅓ cup walnuts
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 thyme sprigs
  • 8 oz gnocchi pasta, cooked

Here’s How:

4.1 Place the wheel of camembert cheese in the center of a casserole dish and arrange the grapes and walnuts around it. Drizzle olive oil over everything and season with salt and pepper. Transfer the dish to a preheated oven set to 400°F and cook for about 25 minutes. In the meantime, cook the pasta.

4.2 Remove the casserole dish from the oven and add the honey and thyme. Mix everything together until well combined and then stir in the cooked pasta.
