Exotic Chicken Baguette
Equipment
- Pan
- Oven
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 100 ml coke
- 50 ml soy sauce
- oil for frying
- 250 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp red chili, finely chopped
- 50 g diced green pepper
- 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
- 1 baguette

Instructions
- Start by cutting the chicken breasts into small pieces. Mix the coke with the soy sauce and add the chicken to the marinade.
- Heat up the oil in the pan and cook the marinated chicken through.
- Add the meat to all the other ingredients (except for the baguette and cheese for the garnish) in a bowl and mix everything well.
- Cut away both ends of the baguette and remove the inside by cutting around the inside of the baguette and pushing everything out with the end of a cooking spoon.
- Use a spoon to fill the baguette with the chicken and cream cheese mixture. Place the ends back onto the baguette.
- Wrap the baguette in aluminum foil, but keep the top uncovered. Sprinkle on some grated cheese and bake the baguette at 360°F for 10 minutes with the top and bottom heat on.
