Parmesan Baked Tomatoes
A simple and delicious recipe with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes
- 50 g parmesan grated
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cut your washed tomatoes in half and place them on a lined baking tray.
- Using a grater, add some parmesan on top of the tomato halves. Sprinkle some oregano, along with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the tomatoes. Preheat the oven to 320°F and then bake for 15 minutes.
