1. Ramen Donut

Ingredients:
- 1 package of ramen noodles
- 2 eggs
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 1 chili pepper, sliced
- soy sauce to taste
- 1 leek
- roasted garlic sauce, scallions & black sesame seeds to garnish
Instructions:
Cook the ramen noodles according to the instructions on the package and combine with the eggs, scallions, chili pepper, and soy sauce. Place the leek in the middle of a small pan over medium heat and evenly spread the seasoned ramen noodles around the leek. Firmly press the noodles down as they cook, then remove the leek and wait for the ramen donut to set. Garnish the ramen donut with roasted garlic sauce, scallions, and black sesame seeds before serving.
2. Bacon Pineapple Donut

Cooking Time: 6 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2 round slices of cheese
- 1 pineapple slice
- 5 slices of bacon
- BBQ sauce
- bagel, mayo, lettuce & mustard to serve
Instructions:
Place a pineapple slice on top of a round slice of cheese and top with another round slice a cheese. Push a shot glass all the way down in the middle and remove the inner circles of cheese. Wrap raw bacon slices around the pineapple cheese stack and refrigerate for 1 hour. Grill the chilled bacon pineapple donut on each side for 3 minutes and brush BBQ sauce over it before serving it on a bagel with mayo, lettuce, and mustard.
3. Raspberry Cronut

Ingredients:
- puff pastry
- egg wash
- raspberry cream
- raspberry glaze
- freeze-dried raspberries, pistachios & melted white chocolate to garnish
Instructions:
Heat some cooking oil in a large pan to 350°F and cut 6 even circles out of a sheet of puff pastry. Brush egg wash over each puff pastry circle and stack 2 circles on top of each other so you have a total of 3. Fry each stacked circle in the hot oil for about 90 seconds and then place them on paper towels to drain the oil. Poke 4 holes in each cronut and pipe raspberry cream into each hole. Dip the filled cronuts in raspberry glaze and decorate with freeze-dried raspberries, pistachios, and melted white chocolate.
