- tomato sauce, parmesan cheese & basil to serve
- 10 oz leftover bread
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp salt for curry seasoning
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt for paprika seasoning

Instructions
- Place the stale bread in a food processor or blender and grind it down into a coarse flour. Combine the bread flour, regular flour, egg, olive oil, and salt and knead into a smooth dough. Cover the dough ball with a cloth and let rise in the fridge for 30 minutes. Roll out the chilled dough on a floured work surface and cut it into thin, narrow strips. Bring some salted water in a large pot to a boil and cook the bread noodles in the water for 5 minutes. Garnish the bread noodles with tomato sauce, parmesan, and fresh basil before serving.
- Slice the stale bread into very thin pieces, spread them out on a baking tray, drizzle the olive oil over them, and mix well to coat all of the bread pieces. Transfer the baking tray to a preheated oven and cook at 350°F for 10 minutes. Prepare the curry seasoning, paprika seasoning, and garlic seasoning in 3 separate large bowls.
