Ingredients
  

  • 18 egg whites
  • 3.5 cups sugar
  • 1.33 cups vegetable oil
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 6.25 cups flour
  • pink food coloring
  • 0.33 cup cocoa powder
  • 1.33 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • blue, orange, green & red food coloring
  • cake crumbs
  • cocoa powder
  • coconut flakes
  • matcha powder
  • white Oreos
  • Oreos
  • mini Oreos
  • Kit Kat bars
  • Twix bars
  • M&M's
  • sour gummies
  • waffle cone
  • popcorn + corn syrup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9 x 9 x 3-inch square cake pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the sugar, vegetable oil, and milk, mixing well after each addition. Fold in the flour and mix until smooth. Divide the batter into two portions. Add pink food coloring to one portion and cocoa powder to the other.
  • Pour the pink batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Pour the cocoa batter into the same pan and bake for another 30 minutes. Let cool completely.
  • In a medium bowl, beat the sweetened condensed milk and softened butter until smooth. Divide the frosting into four portions and color each with blue, orange, green, and red food coloring.
  • Decorate the cake with cake crumbs, cocoa powder, coconut flakes, matcha powder, and white Oreos. Use Oreos, mini Oreos, Kit Kat bars, Twix bars, M&M's, sour gummies, waffle cone, and popcorn with corn syrup to create the train cake decoration.
