Bacon & Asparagus Quiche With Potato Crust

Ingredients
- 200 g Asparagus
- 100 g Bacon
- 200 g Potatoes
- 100 g Cream Cheese
- 4 Eggs
- 100 ml Milk
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Peel and grate the potatoes. Press the grated potatoes into a quiche pan to form a crust. Bake for 15 minutes.
- While the crust is baking, cook the bacon in a pan until crispy. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, cook the asparagus until tender. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Remove the crust from the oven. Layer the bacon and asparagus on the crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top. Bake for 30 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
