Ingredients
  

  • 12 chicken drumsticks
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 fl oz milk
  • 5 tbsp cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 7 oz flour
  • 3 oz sunflower oil
  • oil for frying
  • 6 oz honey
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 300°F. Place the drumsticks on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 30 minutes.
  • Separate the eggs and mix the egg yolks with milk, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, flour, and sunflower oil. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and then fold into the chocolate mixture. Coat the drumsticks in the brownie batter.
  • Heat a pot of oil to 350°F and fry the coated drumsticks for 4-5 minutes.
  • Warm the honey, add the seasonings, and mix well. Serve the cooled dipping sauce with the chocolate chicken and enjoy!
