Cheesecake Chimichangas
Try these delicious cheesecake chimichangas with three different variations: Strawberry, Nutella & Banana, and Blueberry.

- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2.5 oz strawberries
- 3 tbsp Nutella
- 1 banana
- 1.5 oz caramel sauce
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2.5 oz sugar for cinnamon and sugar mixture
- 1 tbsp cinnamon for cinnamon and sugar mixture
Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest together to create the base filling.
- Spread the base filling on a tortilla and add strawberries. Roll up the tortilla and fry until golden brown.
- Spread the base filling on a tortilla, add Nutella and banana slices. Roll up the tortilla and fry until golden brown.
- Spread the base filling on a tortilla, add caramel sauce and blueberries. Roll up the tortilla and fry until golden brown.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Roll the fried chimichangas in the mixture.
