Tex-Mex cuisine is beloved the entire world over, particularly because it combines the best of two worlds: Mexican food with a southwestern American influence. We’re big fans of any kind of culinary fusion pairing the best dishes from one country with another, so we thought we’d try our hand at mixing and matching Italian food and Mexican food. Call it what you want: Mexicalian, Italico, Ita-Mex, Mex-Ital… all we know is that it’s delicious and it’s here to stay. Prego, de nada!
