- 500 g Potatoes
- 200 g Cheddar Cheese
- 100 ml Milk
- 2 pcs Eggs
- 10 g Salt
- 5 g Pepper
Instructions
- Peel and grate the potatoes. Squeeze out excess water. Grate the cheddar cheese.
- In a bowl, mix grated potatoes, cheddar cheese, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly, then cut into pieces and serve.
