- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 48 large slices of pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Here’s How:
1.1 Cut the puff pastry sheet lengthwise into 6 strips.
1.2 Place 8 large pepperoni slices next to each other on each puff pastry strip so that they slightly overlap.
1.3 Sprinkle shredded cheese over the pepperoni slices on each puff pastry strip.

- 1 avocado, halved

- 1 whisked egg for the egg wash

3.1 Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cut the avocado in half and remove the core and shell.

- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 40 pitted black olives
- 40 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 cup grated parmesan
- 8 wooden skewers

4.1 Preheat the oven to 350°F and cut the puff pastry lengthwise into 6 equal strips.
4.2 Fold the strips together in the middle and alternately skewer the dough, tomato, and olive on a wooden stick. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients. Place the skewers on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper, sprinkle cheese and rosemary on top, and cook for 20 minutes.
