  • Parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup pulled chicken
  • diced bell peppers
  • BBQ sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Unroll the pre-made pizza dough so that you're left with a 12 x 12-inch square. Make 1 cut in the dough from the middle of 1 side to the center of the square.
  • Cover 3 square sections of the pizza dough with the ingredients you're using.
  • Fold the empty section of pizza dough over the adjacent square. Continue folding the pizza dough up clockwise, then pressing the sides together with your thumb to seal in the fillings.
  • Wrap the calzone in parchment paper before you bake it so that you can eat it with your hands immediately afterwards. Transfer the baking tray to the oven and bake the calzone at 400°F for 15 minutes. Let the calzone cool for a few minutes before enjoying your delicious snack!
