We’ve come up with another fun way for you to get your fill of this delicious ingredient, and the best part is that all of these tasty meals are super quick & easy to prepare. You just need a nonstick frying pan, tortillas, and the right toppings to make these yummy treats. They make delicious snacks or quick meals, plus they’ll be ready to eat in the blink of an eye!

1. Ham & Cheese Quesadilla Pocket
You’ll Need:
- 1 tortilla
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 2 slices of ham
- 2 tbsp sour cream + chopped chives
- 2 tbsp chopped scallions
Here’s How:
1.1 Heat the frying pan on the stove, then melt the shredded cheddar cheese directly in it. Place the tortilla on top of the melted cheddar, press down on the tortilla lightly with a spatula so that the cheese sticks to it, and flip the tortilla over. Cover ½ of the tortilla with slices of ham, sour cream mixed with chopped chives, and chopped scallions.
1.2 Fold the uncovered ½ of the tortilla over the toppings, then fold the tortilla in half again. Cook the ham & cheese quesadilla pocket until it’s golden brown and crispy on both sides.
2. Breakfast Tortilla Pocket
You’ll Need:
- 1 tortilla
- 1 egg
- 3 strips of bacon, fried
- 2 tbsp diced & strained tomatoes
- 2–3 mushrooms, sliced
Here’s How:
2.1 Heat the frying pan on the stove, then crack the egg into it. Place the tortilla on top of the egg and let them both cook briefly. Once the egg sticks to the tortilla, flip the tortilla over and cover ½ of it with fried bacon, diced & strained tomatoes, and sliced mushrooms.
2.2 Fold the tortilla up over the toppings, then cook the breakfast tortilla pocket until it’s golden brown and crispy on both sides.
3. Fruit, Nut & Chocolate Tortilla Pocket
You’ll Need:
- 1 tortilla
- 2 oz milk chocolate
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp strawberry jam
- 1 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted
Here’s How:
3.1 Heat the frying pan on the stove, then melt the milk chocolate in it. Press down on the tortilla lightly with a spatula so that the chocolate sticks to it, then flip the tortilla over. Cover ½ of the tortilla with slices of banana, strawberry jam, and sliced almonds.
3.2 Fold the uncovered ½ of the tortilla over the toppings, then fold the tortilla in half again. Cook the fruit, nut & chocolate tortilla pocket until it’s golden brown and crispy on both sides.
4. Caramel Cookie Crumble Tortilla Pocket
You’ll Need:
- 1 tortilla
- 8 hard caramel candies
- mini marshmallows
- 1 handful of raspberries
- 1 chocolate chip cookie, crushed
Here’s How:
4.1 Heat the frying pan on the stove, then melt the hard caramel candies directly in the pan. Press down on the tortilla lightly with a spatula so that the caramel sticks to it, then flip the tortilla over. Cover ½ of the tortilla with mini marshmallows, raspberries, and chocolate chip cookie crumbles.
4.2 Fold the uncovered ½ of the tortilla over the toppings, then fold the tortilla in half again. Cook the caramel cookie crumble tortilla pocket until it’s golden brown and crispy on both sides.
