1. Naan Fries
Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of naan bread
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- scallions to garnish
Instructions:
2. Naan French Toast
Ingredients:
- 1 piece of naan bread
- ⅓ cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar
- zest of ½ orange
- 1 tbsp butter
- blueberries, whipped cream, orange zest & maple syrup to garnish
Instructions:
Combine the milk, egg, cinnamon sugar, and orange zest and dip the naan bread in the French toast mixture. Melt some butter in a pan over medium heat and cook the coated naan bread on both sides until golden brown. Garnish the naan French toast with blueberries, whipped cream, orange zest, and maple syrup before serving.
3. Thai Green Curry Naan Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 1 piece of naan bread
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- ½ cup cooked basmati rice
- ½ cup Thai green curry
- 1 red chili pepper, sliced
- sesame seeds to garnish

4. Naan Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 piece of naan bread
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- pesto & pine nuts to garnish
Instructions:
Place the naan bread on a baking tray and spread tomato sauce over the naan bread. Top the naan bread with fresh mozzarella cheese and oregano and drizzle olive oil on top. Transfer the baking tray to a preheated oven and cook at 350°F for 10 minutes. Garnish the naan pizza with pesto and pine nuts before serving.
