1. Cheesy Lemon Pasta In A Mug

You’ll Need:
- 3 oz pasta
- 3 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp milk
- crushed red pepper
- lemon zest
- salt & pepper to taste
- ⅔ cup grated parmesan
- parsley for the topping
Here’s How:
For the cheesy lemon pasta, put the pasta and water in the mug, transfer the mug to the microwave, and heat the pasta at 600 watts or on high for 5 minutes. Add in the milk, grated parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, and lemon zest, stir everything together with a fork, and heat everything in the microwave for 5 more minutes. Garnish the cheesy lemon pasta with parsley.
2. Veggie & Cheese Omelet In A Mug

For the fried rice, combine the rice, water, and sesame oil in a mug and stir everything together thoroughly. Transfer the mug to the microwave and heat everything at 450 watts or on medium for 7 minutes. Add in the egg, peas & carrots, diced red onion, and soy sauce; transfer the mug to the microwave; and heat everything at 600 watts or on high for 3 minutes. Garnish the fried rice in a mug with crispy fried onions and chili sauce.
4. Golden Oreo Cake In A Mug

- 6 golden Oreos
- ½ cup milk
- ⅓ cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp sugar

Here’s How:
For the golden Oreo cake, put the golden Oreos and the milk in the mug. Let the cookies soak in the milk for 1 minute, then add in the flour, egg, sugar, and baking powder, and stir everything together with a fork until a smooth batter forms. Press the raspberries into the top of the batter, transfer the mug in the microwave, and heat everything at 600 watts or on high for 4 minutes. Dust the cake with powdered sugar to add the perfect finishing touch!
