1. American Breakfast Egg Sandwich

You’ll Need:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 1 slice of white bread, halved
  • 2 slices of cooked bacon
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 1 tbsp chives

Here’s How:

1.1 Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and pour the whisked eggs into the pan. Cut the slice of bread in half lengthwise and place the pieces next to each other in the egg mixture.

1.2 Flip the pieces of bread over, let the egg mixture solidify, and then flip the entire bread omelet over so that the bread is on the bottom.

1.3 Fold the hanging omelet edges in towards the center and top the bread omelet with the cooked bacon, mayonnaise, cheese, and chives. Fold one side of the breakfast egg sandwich over the other and serve with ketchup. 

2. Italian Breakfast Egg Sandwich

You’ll Need:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 1 slice of white bread, halved
  • 2 slices of prosciutto 
  • 1 tbsp basil pesto
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts

Here’s How:

2.1 Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and pour the whisked eggs into the pan. Cut the slice of bread in half lengthwise and place the pieces next to each other in the egg mixture. Flip the pieces of bread over, let the egg mixture solidify, and then flip the entire bread omelet over so that the bread is on the bottom. Fold the hanging omelet edges in towards the center and top the bread omelet with prosciutto, basil pesto, cheese, and pine nuts.

2.2 Fold one side of the breakfast egg sandwich over the other and serve with pesto mayo.

3. Mongolian Breakfast Egg Sandwich

You’ll Need:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 1 slice of white bread
  • 4 cooked pieces of Mongolian beef
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • 1 tbsp sliced scallions

Here’s How:

3.1 Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and pour the whisked eggs into the pan. Cut the slice of bread in half lengthwise and place the pieces next to each other in the egg mixture. Flip the pieces of bread over, let the egg mixture solidify, and then flip the entire bread omelet over so that the bread is on the bottom. Fold the hanging omelet edges in towards the center and top the bread omelet with the cooked beef strips, sriracha sauce, cheese, sesame seeds, and sliced scallions.

3.2 Fold one side of the breakfast egg sandwich over the other and serve with chili mayo.

4. Spanish Breakfast Egg Sandwich

You’ll Need:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 1 slice of white bread, halved
  • 4 slices of chorizo
  • 1 tbsp salsa
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro

Here’s How:

4.1 Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and pour the whisked eggs into the pan. Cut the slice of bread in half lengthwise and place the pieces next to each other in the egg mixture. Flip the pieces of bread over, let the egg mixture solidify, and then flip the entire bread omelet over so that the bread is on the bottom. Fold the hanging omelet edges in towards the center and top the bread omelet with chorizo, salsa, cheese, and chopped parsley.

4.2 Fold one side of the breakfast egg sandwich over the other and serve with chorizo mayo.
