1. French Fry Waffle Burger

Yield: 1

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Difficulty Level: Easy

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz frozen French fries, thawed
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ketchup & mayonnaise
  • 2 square hamburger patties
  • lettuce, onion, tomato, & jalapeño

Instructions:

Grease and preheat a waffle iron. Place half of the thawed French fries on the waffle iron, top with half of the cheddar cheese, gently press the waffle iron lid down, and cook until the fries are crispy. Repeat with the rest of the fries and cheddar cheese to create a second French fry waffle. Place one of the French fry waffles back on the waffle iron, squeeze ketchup and mustard over it, and top with a square hamburger patty, lettuce, onion, tomato, jalapeño, and a second hamburger patty. Transfer the burger to a plate and place the second French fry waffle on top of the French fry waffle burger.
