1. Pinwheel Omelet

You’ll Need:
- 6 eggs, separated
- vegetable oil for frying
- 10-inch frying pan
- pizza cutter
Here’s How:
1.1 Separate the eggs, then whisk the egg whites and egg yolks separately. Heat up a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil on medium heat, then pour in the egg whites.
1.2 Once the egg whites have cooked, slide them out of the frying pan and onto a cutting board. Use a pizza cutter to cut the egg whites into 8 equally sized slices, then place 4 of them back in the pan, leaving large gaps between each slice.
1.3 Pour the egg yolks into the gaps left in the frying pan between the slices of egg whites and let them cook. Carefully remove the pinwheel omelet from the frying pan and dig in!
2. XXL Fried Egg

You’ll Need:
- 8 eggs
- silicone cake mold
Here’s How:
2.1 Preheat the oven to 300°F. Separate the eggs, pour the egg yolks into the silicone cake mold, transfer the cake mold to the oven, and bake the egg yolks at 300°F for 12 minutes.
2.2 Remove the egg yolks from the oven and heat a frying pan on the stove. Pour the egg whites into the frying pan and let them cook briefly, then place the baked yolks in the center so that the egg whites and egg yolks merge together and form 1 XXL fried egg.
3. Ham & Veggie Omelet Roll

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

You’ll Need:
- 3 tbsp chopped scallions
- 1 tomato, diced
- ½ yellow bell pepper, diced
- 3 slices of ham, chopped
- 6 eggs
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 gallon zipper storage bag
Here’s How:
3.1 Pour the eggs into a large zipper storage bag, then add in the chopped scallions, diced tomatoes, diced yellow bell pepper, and chopped ham. Season the mixture with salt & pepper, seal the zipper storage bag, and mix everything together.
3.2 Heat a pot filled with water on the stove and bring it to a simmer. Submerge the plastic bag filled with the egg mixture in the simmering water and let it cook for 15 minutes. Take the plastic bag out of the water, cut it open, and remove omelet roll.
3.3 Cut off both ends of the omelet roll to serve.
