Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 10 oz melted chocolate
  • 3 oz chopped hazelnuts
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 kiwi
  • 7 oz milk chocolate
  • 2 oz coconut oil
  • 2 oz white chocolate
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 fl oz heavy whipping cream
  • 12 strawberries
  • 1 tsp soft butter
  • 10 oz milk chocolate
  • 3 oz dark chocolate

Instructions

  • 1. Remove the banana peel, cut the banana in half, and cut off a small section of the pointed end so that the banana can stand upright. Carefully hollow out each banana half with a knife.
    2. Melt the chocolate, dip the thinner side of the banana halves about halfway in, and sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on the chocolate end. Stand the banana upright and let the chocolate set.
    3. Boil a can of sweetened condensed milk for about 4 hours – this will turn it into dulce de leche. Tip: Boil the sweetened condensed milk before you prepare the bananas.
    4. Once the can has cooled, pour the dulce de leche into a piping bag and fill the hollowed-out sections of the bananas with the caramel cream.
  • 1. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a water bath.
    2. Cut the kiwi into ¼ inch-thick slices and remove the skin.
    3. Stick a popsicle stick in each kiwi slice.
    4. Dip the kiwi slices in melted chocolate and let them dry. Use the melted white chocolate to create a swirl design on the hardened dark chocolate shells.
  • 1. Mix the sweetened condensed milk and heavy whipping cream together and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let the mixture cool down.
    2. Remove the strawberry stalks.
    3. Rub the soft butter between your hands and then wrap each strawberry in the doughy cream.
    4. Melt both of the chocolates and stick a cake pop stick in each coated strawberry. Dip each strawberry in milk chocolate and then decorate them with dark chocolate.
