- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 vanilla bean pod
- 3 egg yolks

Stick popsicle sticks into the apple equal distances apart from one another, then slice the apple so that 1 popsicle stick is in each slice.Dip the apple slices in the tempered chocolate, then sprinkle granola on top. Let the chocolate harden (approx. 15 minutes), then dig in!
- Heat a pot filled with cooking oil on the stove. Peel the apples and cut them into uniformly sized slices. Fry the apple slices in hot cooking oil until golden brown and serve with your favorite fruit sauce.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F. Cut off the top of the apples and hollow out their cores. Scrape the caviar out of the vanilla bean pod and mix it together with the heavy cream, sugar, and egg yolks, then pour the mixture into the hollowed-out apples. Transfer the apples to the oven and bake them at 325°F for 25 minutes. Once the apples are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool down slightly.
