Equipment
- Sheet pan
- Parchment paper
- Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion
- 3/4 cup shredded cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 scallions, sliced
- 2 1/2 cups parsley
- 2 tbsp bread crumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp water
- salt & pepper to taste
- 5 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Add the ground beef and the rest of the ingredients to a bowl and mix everything well.
- Form the ground beef mass into 5 boats and place them on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Use your fingers to create an indentation in the middle of each boat.
- Carefully crack an egg into each boat.
- Carefully transfer the pan to the oven and cook for 30 minutes.
